Clear, transparent terms governing private transfers, curated excursions, and chauffeur services operated by ALLO LUX TAXI in Tangier and throughout Morocco.
Service Scope
By submitting a reservation request through the ALLO LUX TAXI website, messaging concierge, or customer service desk, you enter into a commercial agreement for private passenger transportation with ALLO LUX TAXI, a licensed tourist transportation provider based in Tangier, Morocco.
Our services include private airport transfers, intercity transfers across northern and central Morocco, hourly executive chauffeur hire, and customized private day tours.
Transparent Fixed Tariffs
All confirmed transfer prices are fixed and comprehensive. Your quote or confirmed tariff includes:
- Dedicated vehicle and licensed professional chauffeur for the booked route.
- All highway tolls (autoroutes du Maroc), fuel, and vehicle operational costs.
- Airport Meet & Greet service with personalized passenger nameboard.
- Up to 60 minutes complimentary wait time from the actual flight landing time for airport arrivals.
- Up to 15 minutes complimentary wait time for hotel, riad, or residential pickups.
- Complimentary onboard amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and Moroccan spring water.
Real-Time Delay Adjustments
When booking an airport transfer, you are requested to provide your operating flight number. Our dispatch center actively monitors flight radar data:
If your flight is delayed, our system automatically recalibrates chauffeur dispatch so your driver greets you upon your revised landing time at no additional charge. If a flight is canceled or redirected to another airport, please inform our 24/7 concierge immediately via WhatsApp to reschedule without penalty.
Flexible Cancellation
- Standard Transfer Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Full refund of any prepayment.
- Late Cancellation (within 24 hours): Cancellations submitted between 6 and 24 hours prior to pickup are eligible for full credit towards a future booking or a 50% refund.
- No-Show Policy: If a passenger fails to arrive or make contact within 60 minutes after flight landing (or 30 minutes for hotel pickups), the service will be classified as a passenger no-show and charged in full.
- Trip Modifications: Date and time amendments can be requested up to 12 hours before pickup at no amendment fee, subject to vehicle availability.
Safety, Insurance & Conduct
ALLO LUX TAXI operates exclusively late-model, regularly inspected, clean vehicles complying with Moroccan Ministry of Transport standards:
- All vehicles carry comprehensive commercial passenger liability insurance.
- Seatbelts are mandatory for all passengers in accordance with Moroccan traffic law.
- All vehicles maintain a strict 100% smoke-free cabin policy.
- Luggage allowance is constrained by vehicle trunk capacity as published on our Fleet page. Excess baggage that compromises safe vehicle operation must be declared in advance.
Moroccan Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent commercial courts of Tangier, Morocco.
